Let’s Go Fishing ….. What? “Gretna Green Bass Derby” When? May 6th-20th Evenings and week-ends Where? Anywhere on the Miramichi River Who? All GG students and their parents are encouraged to participate. Why? Get some exercise, physical wellness, learn new skills and possibly win our grand prize (complete bass fishing gear – rod, reel, tackle and tackle box). How? Parents will be responsible for transporting and supervising their children during all fishing excursions. Note: For each day fished by a student, parents will be asked to verify the day (see attached tally sheet). The student will receive a ballot at the end of “Bass Derby” for each day fished. All ballots will go into the grand prize draw that will be held on May21st. Cost? It’s free! There is no cost for students. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know (778-6099).
