Here is our classroom system on day 34. Almost ready for harvest! 

UPDATE: We harvested our lettuce on Day 36 and donated to our cafeteria to use in their meal on Friday December 13th. Students got to taste the lettuce and it was a hit! Take note parents: they will eat their vegetables if they grow them :)
