We were all a little worried about our hydroponics before leaving for the two week Christmas break; but we really shouldn't have been! Before we left we put all the plants who had growth and combined them to fill two systems in the den. We are going to replant the other two with other varieties of lettuce when our seeds arrive shortly. We harvested the two systems in the den and then our classroom system and ended up donating siz big ziplock bags full of lettuce to our cafeteria. Well done kiddos!
