Last Friday (November 1st), the class started learning about hydroponics. We compared them to aquaponics and growing plants in soil. We planted lettuce in our class system and welcomed some tiny sprouts this morning. The "Lettuce Grow" project will start shortly and we'll have four more systems on the go for the remainder of the school year.
