In French Language Arts, we continue to work on our Social Studies unit: My province. Students will review the cities in New Brunswick. We will also discuss ethnic groups and natural resources in NB.  Students completed a procedural writing piece and a St. Patrick’s narrative piece. We are now moving on to a  descriptive piece about their March Break activities. We continue to do the Daily 5 every day in order to improve their reading and writing skills. In Math, we are working on estimation and addition strategies and adding two and three digit numbers.  We are also learning to subtract by using base ten blocks.  We will be moving on to a Mesurement unit next week.
