Here are some important dates to remember:

·    * On Wednesday, Sept. 30, our class will be participating in the Terry Fox Walk. This will take place on school grounds. This year marks the 40^th Anniversary of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope. As a homeroom class, we are committed to raising money for cancer research and encourage everyone to bring in a donation in support of this worthy cause. Donations can be brought in anytime, on or before Sept. 30. Thank you in advance!

·    *Wednesday, Sept. 30 is also Orange Shirt Day. Please wear an orange shirt if you have one.

·    * Thursday, Oct. 8 – School Picture Day for grades 6 – 8.

·    * If you have not already done so, please return information sheet, media sheet, transportation sheet and student fee as soon as possible.
