Reminder: When we multiply the numerator (top number) and the denominator (bottom number) by the SAME number, we create an equivalent fraction. Whatever we do to the top number, we must do the same to the bottom number to create an equivalent fraction. We can create an equivalent fraction by multiplying OR dividing.
