Students are reminded that they are to read for 20 minutes each night.  They must log their reading in on the sheet in their homework book. Reading Comprehension:  "Spiders" (due Friday) Math:  P.19 (due Friday) Students may try "Stretch Your Thinking" if they wish. Writing: Lesson 3 (due Friday) Word Study:  Quiz on October words at the end of the month Students are reminded to bring their $50 fee for school supplies as soon as possible. Students may prepurchase popcorn for the year if they wish.  Please return the form and the money to school. Donations of juice, Cheez Whiz, and Guest strawberry jam are needed for the breakfast program.  The class that brings in the greatest number of donations per student wins a pizza party.  The food drive ends Wednesday, October 3. Return Mad Science forms if interested.
