All homework is assigned on Monday and is due back in class on Friday, unless otherwise noted. Reading: Students will bring home a bag of 2 levelled texts and two "Good Fit" books that they have selected themselves. They should read for at least 10 minutes nightly. Spelling: Students will write a test each Friday. I encourage parents and students to visit the site https://www.spellingcity.com/2Bransfield/ for spelling games and practice.  This month I've included some suggestions for spelling study. Reading Comprehension: "New Year's Resolutions" Math: "Studying the Facts" Students may bring one item to school Friday for a special Show-and-Tell.  Students should be prepared to tell their classmates about the item. Book orders are due Monday, January 12.
