All homework is assigned on Monday and is due back in class on Friday, unless otherwise noted.Reading:  Students will bring home a bag of 2 levelled texts and two "Good Fit" books that they have selected themselves.  They should read for at least 10 minutes nightly.  I have not yet tested all students, so some children will bring home texts at their June 2014 level.  It is not uncommon for students to regress a level or two temporarily after summer vacation.  Spelling:  Students will write a test each Friday.  I encourage parents and students to visit the site https://www.spellingcity.com/2Bransfield/ for spelling games and practice.Reading Comprehension:  "Growing Flowers"Math:  "Patterns"Parents are reminded to return the "Permission to Publish" forms to school as soon as possible.  Once I have received all forms, I will be able to post photos of class activities on our page.Book orders are due Friday, September 5.
