On Tuesday, October 6th we planted our tulip bulbs.  Before we planted them Miss Matheson let us observe the bulbs.  The outside was sort of silky.  The inside was sort of dry and rubbery.  To plant them we had to dig two deep holes.  When we were digging the holes we found lots of worms!  Then we planted the bulbs.  Soon they will grow into tulips in the Spring.                                                                     Written by Sarah and Drew
