Our Back To School Assembly was held today and it was a great success. Represenatives from Walmart joined us and announced they will be sponsoring our school this year. We have had a lot of community support over the years and it is nice to add Walmart to this list! The students were given an overview of all the positive initiatives we have at our school. Mr. Stewart and Mrs. Morehouse also highlighted the role of our peer helpers and student council. We also joined in unison to sing Mrs.
Ella and Lexi's mom, Erica, has returned once again to start off our morning routines with some Zumba exercise. Every morning our students will be lead through a two minutes zumba routine that are now posted on Students' Corner on this website. Feel free to view them for your own exercise routine at home. Thanks again Erica for helping to provide a healthy workout for our students and staff!
We would like to remind all parents and students that the first day of school for students will be Tuesday, September 3rd. Kindergarten students will be following the staggered entry as already scheduled. Our cafeteria will also be up and running for the first day of school, yeah! Enjoy these last few days of summer holidays and we look forward to seeing you in the new year!!!
