We will have Show and Tell every Friday starting this Friday.  Please have your child choose something that they would like to share with the class.  Have them practice talking about what they are bringing in to show (Example- where they got it from, why is it so special to them, what it can do, etc.).  Please don’t have them bring in anything that is valuable or breakable and no pets.    Some benefits of Show and Tell are: ·         Children are given the opportunity to speak in front of their classmates and work on their oral language skills. ·         Children learn to respect each other’s turn to talk. ·         Children practice the skill of listening to and answering simple questions. ·         Children practice the skill of asking simple questions.   A quick reminder to those who have not paid their child’s school supplies fee ($50) please send it in soon.
