Our 3rd week in Grade 4 and our Superstars are completing awesome work!  We have another funfilled week ahead of us. * The Terry Fox Spare change drive begins today and ends of Friday, September 27.  Our Superstars did a fantastic job organizing this event.  Watch for their "Facts About Terry" on morning announcements! Remember for every Loonie you donated, your name goes in the draw for Principal for the Day!*The Home and School are having their Breakfast Program drive again this year.  They are looking for donations of Kraft Cheese Whiz, Guest Strawberry Jam and Apple Juice.  There will be a pizza party for the class who contributes the most!                               * Picture Day is Wednesday September 18th! Practice your smile!* The first Cross Country meet of the season will take place on Monday at North and South Elementary.*Soccer practice continues this week.* Drama will begin this week as well.  Any superstars looking to be part of the drama production can stay afterschool on Wednesday. Language Arts - We will continue to look at the Writing Trait of Ideas.  Remember Superstars you must have at least one written story completed by the end of each month.                              We will also be working on learning our September spelling words this week. Math - This week will start a lesson on "Ordering and Comparing Numbers"Science - We will be beginning our Unit on Habitat. It's going to be another SUPERSTAR week!
