Some of our grade 5 students got to experience new mountain biking trails on Monday.  Mr. McKinnon lead our group through the Blueberry Ridge trail at French Fort Cove.  The kids had a blast!  Check out a few pictures and a video of our bikers showing off their downhill skills

The District Soccer Jamboree is rescheduled for this Saturday, October 27th at Gretna Green.  Gretna Green will play their first game at 9:00am.  Please check the schedule for the rest of the game times.  Lets hope for a better day for soccer this weekend!

The final cross country meet of the year will take place on Wednesday, October 24th at NSEE in Sunny Corner at 4:00.  Good luck to all of our runners!

Cross Country and Soccer will both be starting this week.  NSEE (North and South Esk Elementary) will hold the first cross country meet this Wednesday at 4:00pm.  Reminder to students that they are to go home after school and meet at NSEE by 3:45.   Soccer will begin on Thursday with Gretna Green hosting Blackville.   Players may stay after school for a practice before the game which will begin around 3:45   Good luck to all of our Gretna Green Athletes!

Adventures in Miramichi ™ is once again offering summer camps this July. The non-profit organization operated by District 16 Educators in partnership with School District 16, the City of Miramichi and the New Brunswick Wildlife Federation, amongst others, has as its purpose to provide adventure based learning and team building.
