The JV boys will play their final Jamboree of the season on Wednesday, May 17th at Max Aitken. This will be a round robin tournament beginning at 4:00 pm. The two top teams will play in the finals for the District Championships.

9am – Grade 4
10:15 – Grade 5
12:30 – Middle School
If you cannot attend the Jamboree please let Mr. Ryan know ASAP so another student can take your place.

There will be grade 4/5 archery tryouts on Monday, May 1st from 2:30-4:00 at Gretna Green. Students should bring a long sleeve shirt and make sure they are wearing sneakers(No Sandals). The top 5 shooters from each grade level will attend the District Championships at Max Aitken on May 18th.

Miramichi Hoops will be offering spring leagues for players currently in grades 3-5 starting the week of March 27. Spring league for the girls will begin on March 28th at 6 PM at Gretna Green. The boys will begin on Thursday March 30th at 6:30 PM also at Gretna Green. Spring league will run for six sessions into the first week in May. There is no cost for spring league for any players currently registered with Miramichi Hoops. There is a $20 fee for any new players not currently regsitered. Denis Lirette the president of Miramichi Hoops commented " spring leagues will focus on fundamental skills, games and the kids having fun. We hope to see a lot of our current players out this year and hopefully we will also have some kids that are new to the game."
