students were asked if they could build a structure with four pieces of paper, a pair of scissors and a roll of tape that would support 10 Math textbooks.

Hi everyone I would like to congratulate the entire class on a great first week of school! They quickly accepted the expectataions established of them on the first day of school and showed me the great potential that exists on this team. They are a very capable group of students and I look forward to learning with them in the coming weeks! Thanks again to all the parents who left a kind word "or joke or two" over the last few days ... it was much appreciated!

We are getting ready to work on some pretty cool projects in Science and we need your help. We are asking you to bring in the following items:B
- Egg cartons
- empty water bottles
- empty plastic pop bottles
- yarn or string
- empty yougourt containers
- toilet paper or hand towel cardboard rolls
- empty thread spools

Hi everyone, welcome to Mme Bulger-Hickey's class page! I would like to welcome all of you to another great year at GG and grade 5 French Immersion. I am happy you found your way to this site as student content will be posted here that highlights some of the great things going on in class as well as important information regarding our class and school.
