This week, we will be starting our Social Studies unit: New Brunswick.  We will talk about our cities, natural resources, transportation and jobs in New Brunswick. In Language Arts, we continue to work on the 6 +1 Writing Traits to develop more independant writing. We are presently focusing on Word Choice to make our stories more interesting to the reader. We continue to do the Daily 5 activities everyday.  We also review our French sounds, oral structures and cursive writing.  In math, we will begin our Multiplication and Division Unit.   Please  practice times tables with your child up to 5X5. Students can also practice by using the math websites that I posted on our website.
