In math this week, we will continue to work on patterns, counting backward to 10 and recognizing numbers up to 20. 

In French Language Arts, we will continue to work on the following oral structures:

Ma maman s’appelle ….. - (My mom’s name is …)

Mon papa s’appelle…. - (My dad’s name is …)

Mon frère s’appelle… - (my brother’s name is…)

Ma soeur s’appelle… - (My sister’s name is…)

J’ai deux soeur - (I have two sisters)

J’ai un frère - (I have one brother)

J’ai une chien, Il s’appelle …(I have a dog)

J’ai un chat, il s’appelle… (I have a cat)

Library day for this week will be on Thursday.  Please make sure that your child brings back their books on that day.

Homework is a great way to reinforce skills as well as keep you updated with what we are learning in class.  This week, homework will be sent home on Tuesday to be returned to school by Friday.   

Students are encourage to read every night the book to be read this week in “Qui est dans ta famille.”  A math sheet is will also be sent home page 6  “Qu’est-ce qui vient après”   and  spelling of the week. (je, j’ai, un, une, le et la)

Please be sure to check your child’s binder daily and our website weekly.  I will have important notes and documents on both.
