Come check out our amazing middle level students as they perform this year's drama production, Annie Jr. The show will be on Thursday, April 27th at 6:00 pm. Tickets are $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for students and children under the age of 5 are free. Don't forget to bring spare change for our 50/50 and popcorn and water will also be available for sale.
The Windham Chamber Choir from Windham Maine, sang for the students of Gretna Green today and they were amazing! A special thanks to Susan Butler for making this happen and allowing our students the opportunity to experience such a great ensemble of student talent. It proved to be an excellent way to start our day!
Our first ever Easter Cup proved to be a big hit for our school volleyball players over the weekend. Easter prizes were handed out along with some other special treats and topped off with a great day of physical activity. A special thanks to Tony Vanbuskirk, Mr. Ryan and parents for making this happen ... Gretna Green truly is a great place to be!
Elementary drama practice that was scheduled for Wednesday, April 11 will be cancelled. All actors who were scheduled to attend this practice (Sultan, Jasmine, Lady, Princes, Omar, Aladdin, Genie, Fish, Storytellers, Guards) will attend Thursday's practice instead.
Our middle level Drama Club is now selling tickets on a basket of amazing gifts and gift cards that would be a fantastic prize for our lucky winner. The winning ticket will be drawn on the evening of our school production on Thursday, April 29th. All money raised will be used to cover expenses for our provincial drama festival being held in Fredericton.
Congratulations to Emma and Keira in grade 3 who were awarded the E-Golden Ticket at our ASD-N STEM Fair over the weekend. We also want to congratulate grade 8 students, Owen and Evan on winning the ASD-N STEM Fair for middle level. Both Owen and Evan will be representing our district at the provincial STEM Fair being held in Fredericton on Friday. Good luck boys! Congratulations to our very own Aiden in Ms. Bransfield's grade 2 class who currently sits in first place in the international online Mathletics program. If this isn't enough, he also sits in 4th place in the world! Well done Aiden!!!
