Mr Ryan's Outdoor Adventure Club took their biking adventures to the Enclosure today as a year end bike run.  The weather cooperated and the team got to explore another cool network of trails that are available on the Miramichi.  Thanks again to the parents who joined us and to the positive attitude and great spirit shown by our students throughout the trip!

Represenatives from the S'Cool Life Fund and KFC made a special appearance to Gretna Green today.  They surprised all of our students with a unique surprise.  The surprise included a $3000.00 cheque in support of student based projects for the coming year!  Last year's principal, Mr. Rodney Buggie, applied for funding and was successful!  Although Mr. Buggie may not be our principal this year he has certainly left a legacy of success that will be enjoyed by our students for years to come.  Thank you Mr. Buggie!

Gretna Green hosted four teachers all the way from Holland today.  They were given a tour of the media room and were featured as guest announcers for today's announcements.  A follow up meeting was then arranged with Mme Gallant and Mr. Comeau to plan school partnerships and future projects.

Our gazebo has been fully completed. Harold Simmons most recently put the finishing touches on this great structure.  Yet, we are still not finished.  This awesome gazebo needs a name.  Please take the time and vote on what you feel would be the best name found on our poll of this page.  Congratulations to all of our student finalists who had their names selected for the final choice.

Another soccer season has come and gone but the great memories will linger forever.  Our school team put forth a strong effort in their year end jamboree today and placed third after a gruelling four consecutive games.  They should be proud of their undefeated regular season record and strong showing in today's jamboree. Mr. Ryan, Mr. Cabel and Mme Gallant also deserve a round of applause for their excellent coaching efforts, bravo!
