To mark Family Literacy Day, we will have a “Come
in Character Day” on Wednesday, January 26th. Students are encouraged to dress up as their
favourite character from a good book on that day. Characters in Robert Munch books are usually
a fun and easy way to dress up without having to spend a lot of money. Your child’s class will be participating in fun literacy activities with their buddy class.
Thanks again to those of you who have volunteered to read to our students this week! Children love to hear their favourite books
being read to them.
The Home & School will hold its annual Home

and Home & School members will share their favourite stories with the
children. There will be cookies and milk
in the cafeteria following the stories.
Students must be accompanied by an adult.

Mr. Comeau and Mme Gallant's students were invited to view an array of Christmas projects and plays today produced by Immersion students at Dr. Losier. The entire experience was very rewarding for all of our students. The students created all their projects in French and shared them with our students. We were exceptionally well received by Mme Matchett and her team of students and the vast array of talent proved to be a great kick off to the Christmas spirit!
