Mr. Hayward brought along his Star Troopers to GG recently as a kick off to our Starry Starry Night session for June 3rd at 8:45 pm.  The Star Troopers did phenomenal job and were exceptionally knowledgable in the area of "celestial bodies".  Great job guys!

This video was recently created by Caleb, Simone and Saood.  It also came away with an Honorable Mention in this year's Kin Film Festival. Once again, well done GG Times!

Ms. McGuigans's literacy students from MVHS decided to write books for the students of Gretna Green Elementary.  These authentic stories and illustrations proved to be a big hit for both teachers and students of Gretna Green.  We are all so fortunate to have been provided this unique learning opportunity with our new partners in literacy, MVHS!

The students of Gretna Green made history this week.  GG Times members from the grade 3 Immersion class created the first GG Times episode, en francais!  This video captured what students and staff felt of the upcoming spring season.  It also highlighted the large number of French speakers we have at Gretna Green, including both student and adult learners. Bravo Gretna Green!
