Spelling: May words (test Wednesday)
Math: Math test - fractions, decimals, reflections, translations, rotations (Thursday)

We have two field trips coming up, June 5 (Shippigan) and June 8 (Metepenagiag, salmon release)!

There is no regular weekly homework this week. Students will begin writing the Grade 5 Provincial Mathematics Assessment on Thursday. It is important that students be well-rested and on time during this important time. Students are encouraged to review their math facts at home. They may also make use of practice sites such as xlmath.com

This year, both grade five classes will be going on several field trips. The dates are as follows:
Tuesday, June 5 - Shippigan Aquarium
Friday, June 8 - Metepenagiag, salmon release, fishing at Mr. Comeau's camp
Friday, June 15 - Magic Mountain/Zoo
Students will be going down on the bus and returning on the train.
