Wednesday, February 8th, we will be going skating on the outdoor rink here at Gretna Green (weather permitting). Please make sure your child is dressed warmly that day and has their skates and helmet. Parents are welcome to attend but if you are unable to make it, there is always lots of people here to tie skates. Chairs can be brought out to help your child practice their skating.

We will be having a snowman building contest for the month of February. Simply build a snowman at home and email a photo of your cool looking snowman to Mr. Comeau, keith.comeau@nbed.nb.ca (link sends e-mail). These photos will be posted at school and a vote will be held for the nicest looking snowman. Remember, be creative, imaginative and have fun outdoors! Winning snowmen will be announced at the end of February. Posted: January 17, 2017
