We continued discussing procedure writing when it comes to science experiments, especially the use of the imperative verb tense.  This lesson will continue for several days.  We prepared for an activity on using the imperative verb tense which will take place on Monday.  There is no homework.  You can see today’s lesson in detail in the pdf file below.

Math 8

We reviewed and continued working on the Pythagorean Theorem.  The concept reinforcement (a.k.a. homework) for the weekend (which some students have already finished) is on pages 34 and 35 - #9, #11 and #13 as well as page 56 - #18, #19 and #20.  There will be a formative assessment on the Pythagorean Theorem on Monday, so it is very important that students study for this assessment by practicing with this theorem.  You can see today’s lesson in detail in the pdf file below.
