All Gretna Green families are invited to an evening of hands on science learning activities offered by Science East. It is being held in our gym on Thursday, November 26th, from 6:00-7:30pm. This is a free event for all families and will be plenty of fun everyone!!!
We will be holding our annual Scholastic Book Fair this week (Nov. 16-19). Students will be visiting the Book Fair on Monday, November 16th to see all the wonderful and amazing books the Fair has to offer. Times for the Fair are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday – 9:00 -2:30 p.m. and on Thursday (parent/teacher evening) from 9:00 – 2:30 p.m. and again from 4:00-7:00 p.m. There will be no debit machine available this year for purchases but we are able to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express by using manual credit card unit. Thank you for your support!
Our Christmas concert will now be held in our school gymnasium as in years past. It will be held on December 2nd. The first show will be at 10:00 am and the second show will be held at 12:30 pm. We are accepting monetary good will donations at the door in support of our Home & School Fundraiser campaign for new playground equipment.
The entire learning community of Gretna Green would like to thank Ms. Bransfield, staff and students for today's memorable Remembrance Day service. The veterans and parents in attendance were exceptionally appreciative of the time and effort put into today's tribute for our veterans, well done!
We would like to thank all of you who supported our school fundraiser once again this year. Our top three prize winners were: 1st place- Tanner Tripp, 2nd place- George Cooper and 3rd place Breanna Walsh. We also want to thank those who made donations towards this year's fundraiser and they were, Gojii's, Robert Holmes and John Fitzpatrick.
Gretna Green will be hosting a public engagement sesion for all parents in ASD-N to discuss the 10 year education plan. The session will be held on Thursday, October 29th in our school cafeteria from 7:00-8:30 pm. All members of the Miramichi learning community are encouraged to attend.

Halloween Spooktacular Event on Saturday, October 17. Thanks again to
track owners Barry and Shelby Richard for allowing Gretna Green this
fundraising opportunity!
