Welcome Mr. Buggie!

 The entire Comeau team would like to welcome our new Language Arts teacher to the team!  He will be our new English Language Arts teacher starting tomorrow.  We look forward to learning and exploring some new and creative learning activities with our very own Mr. Buggie, yeah!

Devoirs - le mardi 7 décembre 2010

Français: Practise your sound sheet of D& P.  Read your book to a family member.   Math: No assigned Math homework for tonight. English Language Arts: Mr. Buggie will now be our Language Arts starting tomorrow, yeah! Please practise our class Christmas song.  It can be found on this class page.  Students are reminded to dress appropriately for our dress rehearsal on Friday.

Teamwork

 The entire class recently created three seprate teams.  Each team designed their own logo, moto and team name.  We are learning how to use each others strengths in cooperative learning activities to problem solve.  It has been a big hit with the entire class. Bravo mes amies!

Caleb & Katelyn Friday Showcase

 Caleb and Katelyn presented a great SMART lesson today on kittens as part of their Friday Showcase presentation.  They shared with us some great information on kittens and the students really enjoyed their presentation.  Great job Caleb and Katelyn we are all very proud of you.  It really showed that you put a lot of time and effort into this project, bravo!

Monday Message - Nov.29th-Dec.3rd

 Congratulations to all those involved in morning announcements last week.  The Binedell family did a great job as our guest announcers on Friday.  If any of you would like to be a Friday guest announcer with your family please let me know and we will make it happen.  In Math this week we will be having a quiz on double digit addition and mental Math strategies.  In French we will be learning some new Christmas songs.  In English language arts we will be completing our shoe stories and sending off our letters to Gordon Korman.  We will also begin a reader's theatre this week.  Caleb and Katelyn will be doing Friday Showcase on Friday and our monthly draw will also be held on Friday.  We are in for another great week team!
