Wow what a great weekend!  This week things are going to get a little colder as we participate in a web conference with our friends from the north ... polar bears!  In Math this week we will be exploring representing numbers with base ten materials and new mental math strategies.  In French we will be continuing our work on the theme, La Famille and reading some new books.  We will be finishing our novel The Twits in English this week and talking about our next writing activity ... the adventure of a shoe!  There will also be skating on Thursday so bring your skates and helmets.  We also have our Thumbody presentation on Monday at 10:00.  Let's have a great week everyone!
