Congratulations to our very own Mr. Ryan who was selected as teacher of the year for ASD-N today! His nomination was put forth by the New Brunswick Physical Education Society and we are all exceptionally proud of his most recent accomplishment. Gretna Green is very fortunate to have you Mr. Ryan!
We would like to remind all of our Gators that the last day of school will be Friday, June 25th. Report cards will be going home on this day. If you plan to pick up your child before the end of the day please write a note to your child's homeroom teacher. Our Gretna Green Blanket Project lead by Mrs. Blakely-Doucette and Mrs. Lynch culminated today with the presentation of their handmade blankets to the thankful residents of Losier Hall. This year long project saw our entire student body involved in the process of designing, making and presenting these love filled blankets to a very happy group of seniors at Losier Hall. A special thanks to Mrs. Lynch and Mrs. Blakely-Doucette and our entire staff and students for making this happen!

Congratulations to our girls' JV Volleyball team who were recently crowned ASD-N Volleyball champs. They set a new school record by going the entire season undefeated. What? “Gretna Green Bass Derby”
When? May 6th-20th
Evenings and week-ends
Where? Anywhere on the Miramichi River
Who? All GG students and their parents are encouraged to participate.
Why? Get some exercise, physical wellness, learn new skills and possibly win our grand
prize (complete bass fishing gear – rod, reel, tackle and tackle box).
How? Parents will be responsible for transporting and supervising their children during
all fishing excursions.
