Good morning! I wanted to let families know that beginning Tuesday Feb 1, I will be your child’s homeroom teacher. Mme Foran will teach your child french for 30 mins each morning. All other subjects, with the exception of Phys. Ed, will be taught by me. Thanks and I can't wait to see you all tomorrow!

1.) Warm-Up (10 minutes): Practice fact fluency on www.xtramath.com.
Reminder: The program will first have students work on addition until they achieve fluency. Then they’ll move on to subtraction, followed by multiplication and division.
Students may also choose to practice their multiplication facts.
2.) Worksheets from Math Packet Complete page 6 (use the Rounding Rules sheet to help complete worksheet). Watch the following video for a review prior to completing the worksheet:

To calculate perimeter, you add up all the sides.
To calculate area, you multiply length x width.
Remember to put your unit of measure after your number when recording a measurement. Example: 13 m, 13 cm.
