Welcome Back to another exciting week.
In math this week, we will , we will continue working on Reciting the number sequence forward by 1s from 0-100,Record a given numeral (0 to 100) symbolically, Identify and correct counting errors, Read given number words to 20 And Compare a set to a given referent
In French Language Arts, we will work to work on the following oral structures:
Où habites-tu?
J’habite à… (Miramichi sur la rue Maggie.)
Où habites-tu?
J’habite… (en ville, à la campagne, au bord du lac Yoko…).

J’habite dans… (une maison, un appartement…)
Comment vas-tu à l’école?
Je vais à l’école...(en voiture, en autobus, à bicyclette…)
We will also lean winter vocabulary and work on the sounds “ oi”
Homework is a great way to reinforce skills as well as keep you updated with what we are learning in class. This week, homework will be sent home on Monday to be returned to school by Friday.
A math sheet is will be sent home page 37 “Les nombres de 16-20, words of the week. (tout, toute, comment, on, au, bien) It is important that your child practice reading their words each night as this will help with fluency and recognition of sight words.
In reading,
-your child will be bringing a Guided reading book at home. It would benefit your child if she/he reads every night and returns his/her book the following day.
-The poem of the week is Alain Singe.
