A Visit with Nora

Last week we had a special visitor in our classroom.  Dylan's Mom brought in his new baby sister Nora to show the class.  The students even got to touch her toes.  Dylan says that he loves being a big brother and that he helps his mom as best as he can with taking care of Nora.  Come visit us again Nora!

I hope you all had an enjoyable Christmas holiday and thank you for all the wonderful Christmas gifts. Show and tell on Friday will be for everyone.  Homework will not start until next week.  Please send an extra pair of mitts and socks to keep in your child's bookbag as they tend to get wet during recess and are still wet when it's time to go home. Thanks and see you tomorrow!

A PURRfect Show and Tell Treat

Thanks Luke for bringing in Paws on Friday to show the class for show and tell.  We enjoyed listening to all the stories you had to tell us about her.  She sure sounds like a nice cat to have as a pet.

Book Trailers with Mrs. Simmons' Class
