Wow, we are now rolling into the last week of school before Christmas. I guess time flies when you are having fun!  There will be no journal entries for this weeek, ho ho ho!  We will be having our Math test on Monday based on Unit 3.  In preparation for our Christmas concert all students are reminded to bring sunglasses for our Christmas song, if possible.  Remember to invite family and friends for the big show on Wednesday.  Good luck to all members of the Comeau team who are participating in our school Christmas play.Merry Christmas Comeau team!  Let's have a fun week and make it a good one.

        We are changing our weekly podcasts to weekly vodcasts for the month of December.  Check out this week's vodcast problem of the week presented by ???. You will have to wait until its posting on Tuesday, mmmmmmmmmmmm .. who can it be? We will continue with this week's lessons on mental Math strategies.  Multiplication of double digits will be studied this week.  Front end multiplication will be introduced as a multiplication strategy.  I would also like to remind all students that weekly quizzes, journal entries and assignments must be signed and returned the following day, thanks! I hope you enjoyed last week's "message of the week" podcasts and power point reading assignments.  We hope to make these a regular part of our learning exercises in French.  Will we continue and hopefully complete our unit on "Food" in French class this week.  We will also begin practising our selected Christmas song for the school concert.Mr. Hayward will be paying a visit to the class this week to do a geo caching session with our class.  Our session is planned for Thursday December 3rd, weather permitting. This Friday will be a special one as we will be travelling to Fredericton to meet our Pod Pals and take in some fun filled activities with our new pals.  We also plan on visiting the legislature and be greeted by a "special guest".  Stay tuned for our next GG Times video that will feature our field trip!
