( Zachary, Mr. John Forbes, A.J. & Bailey) Our very own A.J., Bailey and Zachary took part in a memorable project today at the media studio located at James M. Hill.  They had the unique opportunity to interview local WWII veteran, John Forbes.  This video was created for its eventual submission into a national contest called, The National Video A Veteran Contest, sponsored by Friends of Veterans Canada.Friends of Veterans Canada will be awarding twenty trips to Holland for the winning veterans of the “National Video-A-Veteran Contest”. There is no physical prize for the students, however, we hope that the students’ reward will be the making of a “History Friend”.  The memories and unique learning experience provided by Mr. Forbes left a lasting impression among our team members today that will surely last for many years to come!We hope to begin our editing of the final video within the coming weeks and provide you all with a final product that will archive Mr. Forbes memoirs for many years to come! Mr. Comeau
