Hi there folks!
There was infos-jeunes assigned this week in class. Most students have completed it, but for those who have not, it needs to be completed by next Friday December 14th 2018, and the title of the article is 'Les gorilles'. There will be no more infos-jeunes homeowrk at home for the rest of december as I will be doing some in class assessments with infos-jeunes. We will start again with at home in January.

A few weeks ago there was a sciences test scheduled that was canceled and I had said there would be more information to follow and that a new date would be posted for December. This date will be Tuesday, December 18th 2018. Students have already been informed of this in class on Tuesday and were sent home with their grey duotangs with all of the notes and study questions they need.
We will be preparing for this test in class, by completing examples and other exercises to prepare. However, it is very important that your child studies at home as well in order to prepare for the test. I have attached the documents to this post that the kids will need in order to study for your information. They should have all of them in their grey duotangs.

Reminder that there is a sciences humaines test tomorrow on the material posted from last time. I will also attach the documents again at the end of this post. Students were sent home with their duotangs and notes as well. If for some reason there is no school tomorrow then the test will be written on Thursday.

As it is a short week there will be no infos-jeunes this week, but there will be next week, which I will post by next Monday which article. However, if the infos-jeunes from last week has not been done, then please get this done. It was Aurevoir Big Bird.

There will be a Sciences Humaines Test on Wednesday November 28th 2018. Students were sent home with their dutangs. I am attaching two documents which include the notes and a document with the questions they are responsible for. Students need to study at home, but will be given time to review together in class next week.

The test for Science for this Friday has been canceled due to lack of preperation time because of the storm day. It will be reschduled to sometime in December. I will post later on what that date will be.

Today we have Elizabeth Cooper and Lilly Trevors, grade 9 students from MV here to help out for the day! Welcome ladies! They are helping our grade 6 FI students with their récit aventures in class:) This afternoon they will help out in the grade 3 FI classroom:)

There will be a science test on the 23rd of November for students in grade 6 FI Science. Students have had this explained to them and they will have time in class to study and go over many different examples. I will also cover study different study techniques as it is a skill that many do not know how to do and will need going forward for the rest of their school careers.
